​Championship registration is now open!

​

Reminder: Players must be registered on a team in TennisLink AND each player must register for the championship on the championship website.

 

DEADLINE FOR MINIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS REGISTERED on championship website: February 24, 2023

ONLINE PLAYER REGISTRATION CLOSES: March 20, 2023

 

Player Championship Registration and Entry Fee:

• Online registration will open once championship draw has been approved and posted on championship website, after February 26, 2023

• Each individual player must create an account and register themselves in the Match Team Tennis registration portal.

• Entry Fee for the USTA Louisiana State Championship online is $55.00 plus a $5 electronic fee per player.

• Players registering at the state championship will be charged a late fee of $5 plus electronic fee.

• Players advancing to the USTA State Championship should be registered on both TennisLink and Match team tennis registration portal through the USTA Louisiana Championship website.

• Players that are participating on more than (1) one team must register for each team that they are participating on.

 

Registration Problems?

• If you encounter any problems registering in Match Team Tennis - send them a chat! They answer quickly.

 

Missed Online Registration?

• Additional players may register for the championship at the state championship tournament headquarters prior to playing a championship match but players cannot be added to the team in TennisLink after March 10, 2023.

• Late fee for registering additional players at the state championship tournament headquarters will include a $5 late fee per player plus electronic fee.

 

Individual Player Refunds

• Prior to the close of online registration, refunds may be requested by emailing engle@louisianatennis.com.

• Refund of individual players from teams participating in the championship may be requested when the team registers at the state championship. No refunds will be given after the team checks in.

• Refund request that will drop teams below the minimum number of players required to advance will not be issued.

• Refund request by players who's team withdraw from the championship, see USTA Louisiana Championship Procedures.

• Refund amount will be registration fee minus electronic fees and a $3 processing fee per individual player registration

 

Tournament Cancellation:

• No entry fees will be refunded if any tournament cannot start or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Host CTA, USTA Louisiana, USTA Southern or USTA.
