ONLINE PLAYER REGISTRATION CLOSES: May 27,2024

PLAYER REGISTRATION AND ENTRY FEE:

• Online registration will open once championship draw has been approved and posted on championship website (3 weeks prior to championship).

• Entry Fee for the USTA Louisiana State Championship online is $45.00 plus a $5 electronic fee per player.

• Players that are participating on more than (1) one team must register for each team that they are participating.

MISSED ONLINE REGISTRATION AND WANT TO REGISTER?

• Captains can register additional players at Championship Team check in the team prior to the first match.

• Additional players may be register during the state championship but MUST register at the championship headquarters prior to playing a championship match.

• WARNING Players who register during championship, on the app and NOT in person at the championship headquarters, as per championship procedures may be ineligible to compete which could lead to matches being deemed ineligible and matches being reversed.

• Registration fee for registering additional players at the state championship tournament headquarters will include a $5 late fee per player plus electronic fee.

 

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REFUNDS:

• Prior to online registration closing, refunds may be requested by emailing engle@louisianatennis.com.

• After online registration closes, captains can request refund at the championship team check in.  NOTE: Refund of individual players from teams participating in the championship must be requested by championship team check in at the state championship. No refunds will be given after the championship check-in.

• Refund request that will drop teams below the minimum number of players required to advance will not be issued.

• Refund request by players who's team withdraw from the championship, see 2023 USTA Louisiana Championship Procedures.

• Refund amount will be registration fee minus electronic fees and a $3 processing fee per individual player registration

 

TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION:

• No entry fees will be refunded if any tournament cannot start or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Host CTA, USTA Louisiana, USTA Southern or USTA.
